About Me
Melanie Lambert is a Certified Personal Trainer (Elite Trainer) and holds certificates in Sports Nutrition and Transformation Specialist. She was also a Registered Massage Therapist for 23 years which provided her an extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement; a great asset to her training clients. Melanie was an assistant trainer with an OHL team in the past, and while working at the Toronto Athletic Club, she treated several Canadian Olympic Gold Medalists and professional athletes. This gives her an understanding of the injuries that can come with high-level training. She now operates a boutique home-based gym (based in Kingston, ON) for private one-on-one and small group (max 3) training.
In her personal time, Melanie is an avid runner and past triathlete (which she would like to get back into!). She also loves strength training, hiking, and cross country skiing. Melanie is also a mother of three and enjoys working with moms as she knows all about the struggle of getting the body back in shape post-partum.
The Space
The private gym (conveniently located in the West-end of Kingston) includes all the necessary equipment needed for training including:
